Service Description
Get the helping hand you need with Boateng Quality Care’s Helping Hands services. Our team of professional cleaning specialists will provide you with up to 4 hours of help with any cleaning tasks you need done, inside or outside your home. From organizing closets to washing windows, we’ve got you covered. And with a flat rate, you won’t have to worry about any surprise charges. Just remember, upholstery, carpet cleaning, and car detailing are not included. Be sure to read our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies before booking. Additional time needed after the booked allotted time will be charged at $25 for every half hour ($25/30 min). Please be sure to organize the time you actually need for your task at hand.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 1 hour late your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a $50 late fee . Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
