(Save on Move-in Cleaning when you pair it with a move-out cleaning) Basic Cleaning Basic cleaning for the kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, dining room, floors, hallways and front door area. not for messy houses that are in need of a deep cleaning. Excludes: window cleaning, wall cleaning, cupboards and drawer cleaning, fixtures, vents, drains, detailed tile & grout cleaning. Full Cleaning Full cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, living rooms, dining rooms, floors, hallways and front door area. Moving appliances and cleaning behind them. can be used to price bungalows. Excludes: Window cleaning, wall cleaning, inside detailed vent cleaning, drains, detailed tile & grout cleaning Build-up Cleaning This is for apartments that have not been cleaned in a while and have build-up and caked on dirt. Cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, living rooms, dining rooms, floors, hallways and front door area. Excludes: Window cleaning, wall cleaning, detailed tile & grout cleaning The Full Package Full complete top to bottom cleaning of all areas of your apartment including everything from windows, walls, detailed tile and grout cleaning and more.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 1 hour late your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a $50 late fee . Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
