Some Landlords or Complex's Require your place to be cleaned by a professional before they move-out but not everyone has those funds, have overly messy homes or are able/want to clean their places themselves. No Cleaning Required If you don't need cleaning done, this come's with a brief in person consultation, A letter off approval, a follow-up appointment that will be passed on to your land lord in case a follow up is needed, a gift from us to you and a coupon for your next visit. Light Clean-Up This come's with light cleaning of all areas, a brief in person consultation, A letter off approval, a follow-up appointment that will be passed on to your land lord in case a follow up is needed, a gift from us to you and a coupon for your next visit. Any type of clean needed deeper than a light cleaning please refer to our Move-out cleaning services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 1 hour late your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a $50 late fee . Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
